Does the BMS include cell balancing functions? Yes, when charging with a proper charger, the battery's BMS will perform self-balancing for its battery cells. Would it be safe to connect one of the 12V 100Ah lifepo4 batteries to a 12V 100Ah lead-acid battery? Please do not connect the battery with other different battery. To make a battery system, all the batteries should be identcal with same BMS, Voltage, Capacity and purchased from same brand within 3 months. Can someone recommend a charger for the 100Ah if being used as a trolling motor battery? We will recommend the Ampere Time 14.6V 20A battery charger to charge for Ampere Time 12V 100Ah battery. Does Ampere Time 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery have a built in Low-temp cut-off? The Ampere Time 12V100Ah battery does not have a Low-temp cut-off functions. However, you can check out our 12V 100Ah Self heating battery which will work great under freezing point.
